Secondly, I don’t like the default settings on this software. I like software that I can turn on when I need it, not the other way around. Ten years ago, Norton was abysmal software. However, they’ve come a long way since then. Norton Internet Security – 1 User/3 Pc has worked so fine that, at the moment of the installation, even though I had McAfee installed in my system, NORTON detected 4 Trojan viruses that were hidden in my computer and which McAfee had not found. I am very pleased with all the features this program has, including the international monitoring of threats, the automatic scans, live updates and more. Once set up almost no interaction is required. Best of all though, Norton runs quietly in the background using very little in the way of my computers resources. I received my purchase fairly quickly. My problem started when I attempted to install my purchase and I needed to enter the product ID number. Norton does everything to keep you protected, and this is a good product. It doesn’t slow down your computer like earlier versions did.
